Gracejaneybailey

Janey and her friend Grace (pictured here with Bailey last weekend, and below in March 2005) told us they wanted a picture for their MySpace.

(Of course Janey doesn’t have a MySpace! I can’t believe you would think such things about me! Janey and Grace have imaginary MySpace accounts, because HELLO? All the cool kids have them.)

It’s amazing how quickly the older siblings can corrupt their innocent little sisters.

Breecaitlin

(Not to put all the blame on Bree and Caitlin, but because they are the biggest of the big sisters, they need to take some responsibility. You hear that, big sisters?)

I’m afraid that by the time Janey starts kindergarten, she won’t have any friends because all the other mothers will be pointing at her and whispering to each other, "That’s the little girl that knows just a little too much. My precious daughter will NOT be going over to her house."

Luckily, she has Grace.

With two older sisters ages 10 and 14 (Caitlin, pictured above with Bree), Grace can relate.

PS- I had nothing to do with this child’s makeup. This look is compliments of her heavy-handed love affair with black eyeliner and a day at the beach.

Bailey was sweet enough to volunteer herself for my false eyelash experiment (well, okay, she barely walked in the door from spending the night with Makayla before I pushed her into my makeup chair and glued tarantulas to her eyelids.)

I went a little overboard on the smokey eye thing, because really, the kid is only TWELVE after all. But I need someone to be my guinea pig for all these product samples I plan to write reviews on.

Isn’t she pretty?

My New Project

Header

Since I’m kind of obsessed with beauty products, which you may or may not know, I started a little column for online beauty product reviews.

My husband thinks this is just an excuse to buy more beauty products, but I am here to tell you that he could not be more wrong. This is a legitimate business endeaver (that just happens to require that I have new beauty products to review each day.) And, I’ll have you know that in less than 24 hours, I have earned myself $2.81 in advertising revenue. Can you believe?!

So please, if you have a moment, go check it out. (You might even see a really cool ad for something you might want to investigate.)

Also, if you have a favorite product, tell me about it!
